I. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Service Usage Policy

• • Room rates include service charges, VAT, and breakfast.

  • Check-in time: after 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: before 12:00 PM

  • Late check-out from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM will be charged 50% of the room rate. After 5:00 PM, a full night’s rate will apply.

Child Policy:

• • Children under 5 years old sharing the room with parents are free of charge, including breakfast (maximum 1–2 children depending on the room type).

  • Children from 5 to under 11 years old sharing the room with parents will be charged VND 200,000/child/breakfast (maximum 1–2 children depending on the room type).

  • Children from 11 years and above are considered adults and must request an extra bed at VND 500,000/bed/night.

  • Extra beds are only available for Junior Suite and 2-Bedroom Duplex Suite.

  • Online: Guests can book via the official website. Upon successful booking, a confirmation will be sent via email, and services will be available on the registered check-in date.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• • Direct booking at the hotel: Guests can check in immediately after completing check-in procedures at the front desk.

  • Online booking: Confirmation will be sent via email within 24 working hours. Guests may check in according to their chosen schedule.

3. Geographic Limitations

All services are only provided at:

Currently, we do not provide services outside the premises of the resort.
